Old Dominion Ham Biscuits image

One of the women I worked with years ago made these for a bridal shower for another co-worker. I thought they were the best ham biscuits I had ever had but she would not give out the recipe. I came across a cookbook that had the recipe and bought it because this was in it. The recipe calls for grated onion but I have made them...

I wouldn't recommend this recipe. The biscuits were bland and flavorless.

The recipe was easy to follow, but the biscuits didn't rise as much as I expected.

I'm not a huge fan of ham, but these biscuits were surprisingly good. The ham flavor was subtle and not overpowering.
