Steps:
- CAKE In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into an un-greased 9X13" pan. Bake at 325F for 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside on a wire rack to cool completely. ICING In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread over top of cake. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts on top of icing.
