This dressing is a great way to use up leftover herbs. I often add chopped basil, thyme, or oregano to my dressing.

I've been experimenting with different vinegars in this dressing, and I've found that I really like using apple cider vinegar. It gives the dressing a nice, tart flavor.

This dressing is not worth the effort. It's too simple and doesn't have much flavor.

I found this dressing to be a bit bland. I think I'll add some more herbs and spices next time.

This dressing is a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try using less olive oil next time.
