1 fryer, cut up
1 cup catsup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Combine other ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sauce should have thickened by then, if not, remove chicken and cook sauce for a few minutes on the stove.
