~ Oh So Good Boneless Chops ~ Cassies image

These chops are delicious. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside. Works best with thick, boneless chops. I use chicken stove top, but I'm sure any flavor would be wonderful. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 - 4 Tbsp butter
1 c stovetop stuffing mix - any flavor ( i use chicken ) - ground fine in food processor
2 - 3 Tbsp fresh grated parmesan cheese

garlic salt
1 clove minced garlic
1 large egg beat with 2 - 3 tbsp milk
4 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick boneless ( center cut ) chops

I'm not a huge fan of pork chops, but these were surprisingly good. The sauce really made the dish.
