250 g camembert cheese, ripe
75 g butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons onions, sweet, diced
20 ml hefeweizen beer

Steps:

  • Make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. Mash them together leaving some chunky bits.
  • Add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
