I saved this recipe a long while ago but have not tried it so I am adding it here for future use. The use of grains peak my interest. Serving size is just a guess. Optional: Add 1/4 cup chopped cooked chicken in last 2 minutes of cooking.

Not bad, but not great. The oatmeal was a little bland for my taste, even with all the toppings. I think I'll stick to traditional oatmeal next time.

This dish was easy to make and turned out great! I used a blend of sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and it was so gooey and flavorful. The bacon added a nice smoky flavor, and the eggs tied everything together. Will definitely make this again!
