Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Add the next 3 ingredients, stir together, and set aside. In a separate, large bowl, cream together the wet (last 5) ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients and mix with a fork. Use approximately 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie. Bake 12 minutes. Do not over bake. Do not allow edges to brown. The cookies will look under done when removed from the oven.
