1 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix all together.
  • Roll into small balls and then roll in more Splenda.
  • Flatten with a fork.
  • Bake at 350 for 8 - 12 mintues.
