Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
18 ounces peanut butter
3/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter and peanut butter.
  • 2. Slowly add sugar substitutes.
  • 3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, combine oats and baking soda. Stir into peanut butter mixture.
  • 5. Add chocolate chips.
  • 6. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet.
  • 7. Bake for 9-10 min at 350.
  • 8. Cook on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
