Steps:
- In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 8 ingredients until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With spoon, stir in quick-cooking oats. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease large cooking sheet. With hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place as many balls as possible, about 2 inches apart, on cookie sheet. Gently flatten balls slightly. Bake cookies 15 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile remove foil wrappers from candies. Remove cookie sheet from oven; quickly press candy into center of each cookie. With pancake turner, carefully remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
