OATMEAL FUDGE COOKIES image

Yield 18-24 Cookies

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 tbs cocoa
3/4 cup peanut butter
5 to 6 cups quick cook oats
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Bring butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa to full rolling boil and cook for one minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Drop on wax paper to harden.
