I can't get Irish oatmeal here, so I use Quaker, these are easy to make, no-cook and semi-healthy! A favorite with my kids. Steps:
- 1. Mix all the ingredients together, except for walnuts. Shape into balls, roll in walnuts, or melted chocolate, or cocoa or whatever you fancy! Chill for about an hour, then eat!!
