4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup orange marmalade

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Grease 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • Press in greased pan.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F.
  • for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely; cut into bars.
