Oatmeal Crispies Recipe - (4.3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
raisins (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend sugars, with margarine. Add egg and vanilla. Blend at high speed until mixture is white. Add flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Stir in oats and raisins (optional). Place spoonful on greased sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
