Oatmeal Craisin Cookies image

This is my all-time favorite cookie recipe! I've been posting several of my Christmas cookie recipes. One of the ones I used to make were oatmeal cookies, but I have since married and hubby's family recipe for oatmeal cookies is MUCH better than mine. They are fluffy and cake-like, a little chewy...just the way I love them! ...

I followed the recipe exactly and the cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had used less sugar. Other than that, they were good.
