I've made this pie several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's so easy to make and it always turns out perfect. I love that it's a healthier alternative to traditional apple pie, but it still has all the flavor.

This pie was a hit at my Thanksgiving dinner! Everyone loved it, even my picky kids. The only thing I would change is to use a bit less sugar in the filling. It was a little too sweet for my taste.

This was absolutely fantastic! My entire family loved it. I only wish I'd had more apples on hand, I would have doubled the amount. Definitely a keeper.
