OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PANCAKES image

Yield 12-16 pancakes

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 ½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
¾ cup blueberries

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients together well. Stir in blueberries. Mix wet ingredients together well. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined. Cook in a medium hot skillet lightly coated with Pam or canola oil until golden on both sides.
