Oatmeal Blackberry Cobbler image

Summertime special!! I adapted this recipe from another one. I added the oatmeal which gives a good texture. Also, my kids like to pour milk over their hot slice of cobbler. It is delicious. It would be a great dish to serve for breakfast as well!

This cobbler was a bit bland. I think I'll try adding some spices next time, like cinnamon or nutmeg.

This cobbler was easy to make, but it didn't turn out as well as I hoped. The topping was too dry and the blackberries were too tart.
