1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup breast milk or 1/2 cup juice
1/3 cup sliced banana
1/4 cup breast milk or 1/4 cup juice

Steps:

  • Combine oats and 1/2 cup formula in a small sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mash banana and 1/4 cup formula with a fork.
  • Combine banana and oatmeal mixtures.
  • Serve.
