Steps:
- 1. Heat griddle: slightly oil it. Combine bran, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add combined milk, oil, and egg white; mix well. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
