These pancakes are a bit more dense than traditional pancakes, but I actually prefer the texture. They're also very filling.

These pancakes are a great way to use up leftover oatmeal. I always have some cooked oatmeal in the fridge, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in.

I had some trouble getting the pancakes to flip without breaking, but I think that was just because I was using a new skillet.

The pancakes were a little bland for my taste, but I think that's just because I didn't add any sweetener to the batter.

The pancakes were easy to make and cooked evenly. I used a non-stick skillet and didn't need to add any additional oil or butter.

These oat bran pancakes were a delicious and healthy way to start my day! The texture was fluffy and the flavor was nutty and satisfying. I especially liked the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg, which gave the pancakes a warm and comforting flavor.
