This recipe just evolved from an exciting weekend at the finals of the WFC in Vegas ! Created to top my Troical Sun ( fish) sandwich, I decided this was the best part :) I thnk it will go well with just about anything !

- 1. Combine the mayo, juice and salt in a large bowl. Add pineapple, cabbage and coconut.
- 2. Stir until all the ingredients are coated in dressing.
- 3. Chill for at least 15-20 minutes , then add nuts right before serving.
