1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove

Steps:

  • Toast the seeds until they color slightly, 3-5 minutes.
  • Grind all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until coursely ground (NOT peanut butter).
