Steps:
- 1. Combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, spices, soda, baking powder, and nuts in a large bowl.
- 2. Mix eggs, milk, applesauce, melted butter, and cranberries together.
- 3. Pour egg mixture into well in center of dry ingredients and mix quickly. Fill muffin pans three-quarters full and bake.
- 4. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
