NORTH AFRICAN CHERMOULA MARINADE image

Yield 1 cup

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
pinch (or more) cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 clove (or more) garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice or roughly the juice of 1 lemon
3/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • With spatula, mix all ingredients, except olive oil. Mix in olive oil. Marinade will store in a jar or container for up to 1 week, but its flavor is best during the first day.
