Years ago I remember seeing this recipe in a four ingredient recipe book and tried it. It turned out great. Only thing I changed was I used some of my own left over dressing after Thanksgiving. They were so easy to make and tasted so good along with mashed potatoes and green beans. I also have used sliced deli chicken,beef or ham...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Prepare dressing mix as directed with margarine or butter and water.
- 3. Spoon dressing onto a single slice of turkey or chicken and roll up.
- 4. Place seam side down in casserole dish.
- 5. Repeat until all slices are stuffed and placed side by side in casserole dish.
- 6. Pour gravy over the top of roll-ups.
- 7. Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 8. Remove from oven and serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
- 9. *If using boxed stuffing; you can saute chopped onion and chopped celery in butter and add to the stuffing mix. *I also have added diced apple to the dressing when using ham slices.
