I've tried several different recipes for Nordy Bars, but this one is definitely my favorite. The crust is the perfect combination of chewy and crispy and the peanut butter filling is smooth and creamy.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I'm so glad I did! The peanut butter filling is perfectly balanced with the chocolate and the crust is the perfect base. These bars are amazing!
