Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl mix together beer, triple cheddar cheese, salt, white sugar and flour, mixture will be sticky......
- 2. Pour mixture into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with butter cooking spray......
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until bread is set on top......mine was done in about 45 minutes, I guess it depends on your oven exactly when your bread will be done !
- 4. Let cool slightly, remove from loaf pan, then serve warm with butter or jam and enjoy
- 5. Your beer bread will have a crusty crust and wonderful soft inside !!
