No-Crust Coconut Pie image

I loved anything that Brenda made with no crust.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c coconut
2 c milk
1 3/4 c sugar
3/4 c all purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl - Combine all of the ingredients, and stir until well blended
  • 3. Grease (2) 9-inch pie pans
  • 4. Divide mixture evenly
  • 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown
