No-Bake Raisin Bars com from Dawn Fagestrom of Warren, Minnesota. "Hearty bars like these really fight hunger on the road," Dawn reports.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter, cubed
5 cups multi-grain puffed rice cereal
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in the cereal, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon; toss to coat. Pat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool. Cut into bars.
