NO BAKE PINEAPPLE PIE
This recipe yields two pies. Halve the ingredients to make just one pie. "Cook Time" is chill time.

- 1. Drain the crushed pineapple (reserving the juice for another recipe, if desired). Mix all of the ingredients (cool whip through lemon juice), then fill the pie shells. Chill until set, then serve.
