Steps:
- In a heavy saucepan, heat brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Fold in cereals. Spread into a greased 11x7-in. pan. Combine icing ingredients in another saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat for 8 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and icing has thickened slightly. Pour over bars; spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
