No Bake Peanut Butter Balls image

1 lb butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar
4 1/2 c peanut butter, creamy
4 oz chocolate bark candy coating, melted
QUICK AND EASY

Steps:

  • 1. Soften butter
  • 2. Add peanut butter
  • 3. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, while using hand mixer at medium speed. Mix until creamy.
  • 4. Roll into 1" balls, place on a tray and freeze for about 20 min.
  • 5. Put waxed paper onto a tray, then melt chocolate bark and dip balls into chocolate. Place dipped chocolate balls onto waxed paper. Place in refrigerator for 15 min. They are ready to eat!
