No Bake Energy Bites image

Energy + Flavor = This recipe! We loved how delicious these little bites turned out to be.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c old-fashioned oats
2/3 c toasted flaked coconut
1/2 c peanut butter, creamy
1/4 c ground flax
1/4 c toasted wheat germ
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand. Put in fridge to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls in whatever size you'd like. Store in the refrigerator for a cold (obviously) firmer snack. For a softer treat, leave at room temp and enjoy!
