No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Triangles image

Found this in a magazine--and I am a chocoholic so had to try this simple way to satisfy my chocolate tooth. Love it because it is just simply good.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3/4 c butter, cubed
8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
20 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
1/2 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. In microwave, melt butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  • 2. Stir in wafer crumbs and pecans.
  • 3. Transfer to a greased foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Cover and refigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • 4. Using foil, lift the cookies out of the pan. Discard foil; cut into triangles. ENJOY. And refrigerate any leftovers.
