Number Of Ingredients 3

16 oz bag of oreo cookies
5 c large marshmellows
4 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Place Oreos in food processor and pulse until ground. Melt marshmallows and butter in microwave until puffed, about 1 1/2- 2 minutes. Remove and pour in ground Oreo Cookies. Stir to combine then transfer to a foil lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Let set up for 10 minutes. Remove bars out of pan with edges of foil and cut into squares.
  • 2. I used my perfect brownie pan for these too. Sprayed the entire pan with cooking spray then patted mix evenly into the pan and added the divider. Once bars set for about 20 minutes i pushed pan down on the stand and removed the divider. Perfect sized bars!

I'm not a huge fan of no-bake desserts, but I have to say that these bars were pretty good. They were easy to make and had a nice creamy texture. I would definitely make them again.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The bars were easy to make, but they didn't have a lot of flavor. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These bars were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of baking powder to the filling next time.

The crust was a bit crumbly, but the filling was delicious. I think I'll try using a different graham cracker crust recipe next time.

These bars were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I was a bit skeptical about how well these bars would turn out without any baking, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were super easy to make and tasted amazing. I'll definitely be adding this recipe to my regular rotation.
