Number Of Ingredients 12

2 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
3/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
4 slices seedless rye bread
8 slices ripe tomatoes
8 slices swiss cheese
paprika, for garnish

This recipe is a fail. The tuna melt was soggy and the bread was too thick.

I had high hopes for this tuna melt, but I was disappointed. The tuna was dry and the cheese wasn't melted all the way.
