1 lb. baby carrot
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 pkg. Kraft Recipe Makers New England Pot Roast

Steps:

  • 1. Add meat and vegetables to slow cooker. 2. Top with simmer sauce; cover. 3. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. (or on high 6-8 hrs). 15 min. before serving: 4. Stir in finishing sauce; cook, covered, on high 15 min.
