My family loves it and I make them for our home and we have desserts after dinner. It is so easy and simple to make a chocolae chip pie. It is so delicious and tasty and sweet.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 large eggs
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c (6 ounces) nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. beat in flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and pecans. Spoon into pie shell. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted half-way between outside edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serves warm with whipped cream.
