My Family's Favorite Salad

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the citrus juice, olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Taste dressing and correct to taste. Pour half of dressing over pears in bottom of salad bowl. Add spinach and cherries, but DO NOT STIR until ready to serve. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator, stir thoroughly, add pecans and serve.
