Steps:
- Bake crust in 325 degree oven (or 300 degree oven if black pan) for 20-30 min. Cool before filling For Topping soften cream cheese and beat smooth. Beat in sugar, sour cream, lemon peel and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Blend together glaze ingredients and cook in microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, then each 15 - 20 seconds until thick. Cool 5 minutes. Slice fruit and arrange on cream layer. Spoon sauce over fruit.
