I'm not a big fan of corn, but this galette was surprisingly delicious. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and flavorful.

This recipe was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The galette was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I would add more butter or milk to the crust next time.
