Mystery Pie image

We have had this pie every holiday for as long as I can remember! It is super easy and yummy yummy yummy!!!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 egg whites at room temperature
1 c sugar
14 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp baking powder
1 c chopped pecans plus a few more for topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tub cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
  • 2. Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla.
  • 3. Pour in buttered 9 inch pie plate, bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completly then top with cool whip and reserved pecans.
