We have had this pie every holiday for as long as I can remember! It is super easy and yummy yummy yummy!!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
- 2. Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla.
- 3. Pour in buttered 9 inch pie plate, bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completly then top with cool whip and reserved pecans.
