MY VERSION OF TOMATILLO SAUCE
This sauce is so versatile -- it can be used on enchiladas, tacos or used as a dip with chips.

Steps:
- 1. Place the tomatillos, chipotle and onions in water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes until soft and tender.
- 2. Drain water and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and then adjust seasonings.
- 3. This sauce can be used on enchiladas, tacos or served with chips
