Steps:
- 1. at a med high temp,Cook bacon to a tender crispy. Set a side, saving 2 to 3 TBLS of bacon fat in the pan.
- 2. In individual salad bowls ad spinach sliced hard boiled eggs and crumbled bacon.
- 3. Reheat reserved bacon fat over medium heat add sugar stirring until creamy.
- 4. Reduce heat slightly, slowly add vinegar stirring continuously until sugar is disavowed
- 5. Pour vinegar mixture over salad and serve
