This is a great little recipe, I use the Albacore for a milder flavor and not fishy

Steps:
- 1. PRE HEAT oven to 350, fine chop celery, grate chedder cheese, chop onion and flake albacore
- 2. in a medium bowl, mix the first eight ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray.
- 3. top casserole with Italian bread crumbs or crushed bbq chips or Parmesan cheese, or you can use them all on top and bake in oven for about 20 minutes
