MUSTARD GLAZED TILAPIA FILLETS image

4 6 -8 ounce fresh Tilapia fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
2 Tablespoons honey mustard
2 Tablespoons honey
1 1/2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped
3 Tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400ĚŠ F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fillets on foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine the mustard, the honey, the olive oil, the dill, the parsley and the paprika. Stir to blend. Spread an equal amount of mustard mixture on top of each fillet. Top each mustard coated fillet with bread crumbs. Bake until the fish fillets flake when poked with a fork, about 12 - 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4
