Everyone flips when they taste this potato salad. It is different from all the others. The dill and red onion and lime make the creamy dressing so special....it just sings with flavor. Cooking time includes cooling the potatoes.

This potato salad is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. It's also a great make-ahead dish, so it's perfect for potlucks and picnics.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potato salad turned out really bland. I think I might have used too much vinegar.

This potato salad is a great base recipe. I like to add diced celery, hard-boiled eggs, and chopped bacon to mine.

The potatoes in this salad were a little undercooked for my taste. I would have preferred them to be a little more tender.

This potato salad was a little too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a more mild dressing.

I'm not a huge fan of mustard, but I really liked this potato salad. The dill really mellows out the mustard flavor.
