- Place 2 tbs margerine in large skillet. Cook mushrooms over medium heat until browned - browning cap side first. Melt remaining marg. in another skillet, add spinach, onion salt & 1/2 cup cheese. Arrange 10" casserole with mushrooms. Top with spinach mixture. Topwith garlic salt & remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted & browned
