MUNG BEAN (BEAN SPROUT) SALAD image

1 garlic clove (diced)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp red peppar flakes

Steps:

  • Finely dice garlic and mix with salt. Add vinegar, oil, sugar and stir til dissolved. Add red pepper flakes and mung beans. Let chill. Add extra salt to season if needed
